Menu dégustation

Dj Clyde hits the ears of black music lovers once again with a brilliant selection of 70's soul, funk, reggae. Straight from Dustytapes crate, no tracklisting but loaded with underground tasty hits.

Dj Clyde "Hypnotik Show" was on the air live every week end on Nova in the mid-90s

Soulful 89Mo (mindblowing DJ Skills on Barry White song), the rest is a delight, with french soul singer China as MC. highly recommended.
Hip Hop 79Mo starts in a dark abstract mood (Kool Keith) and ends on the bouncy side (Mobb Deep).
JazzLatinDub 90Mo top of the game's open minded soul !... it even finishes with a B3 Hammond toping and some sweet afro flute cream.

A big tune no man

CAN SOMEBODY OPEN HIS IPHONE AND SHAZZAM THIS WICKED SWEET & FUNKY DRUM'N BASS ANTHEM please ?

peace :)

Desk Master

A cult and probably one one of the most respected underground french figure, Dee Nasty is a french hip hop DJ who start his career in early 80's influenced by Sugar Hill Gang, graffiti, breakdancing and US street culture. Soon, he will organise the first hip hop parties in some waste land in the north of Paris and become well known for launching all the young generations of rappers during live freestyle session on Radio Nova.
Later his weekly show Deenastyle melts hip hop ragga gogo funk all mixed with an impressive feeling never ostentatious

This tape is one of my all time favourite, the selection is absolutely massive and the master in a great form. Enjoy !

Yvan le Terrible

Incredible stuff ! Ivan Smagghe brings in an hour set a genius for musical selection. Ivan's show Bad Karma defined perfectly what would become his own trademark as a DJ, a sharp panel of dark, sensual and druggy vibrations from Soul to Electro, Rare Groove to Heavy Beats.

1st part (28Mo)
2nd part (23Mo)

Ripped from 60'K7 - no tracklisting...
